About Dawn McDonnell

Dawn McDonnell is an award-winning painter and author from Manahawkin, New Jersey. She has a Bachelor of Fine Art degree in Illustration from The School of Visual Art in New York City. Her art has been showcased in galleries throughout the tristate area and sold worldwide. McDonnell is a full time Artist and focuses on showing her art at festivals, in galleries and online.

Her paintings and book combine her love for food as well as her love for the people in her life. Love is a feast. A banquet of flavors, textures, and shared moments. It’s not just about the food, it’s about nourishing the soul.

On any given day you will find McDonnell in her studio with her dog Shadow by her side, as well as her very supportive husband and two grown children.
